At Alfa Arabia, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently throughout the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This shipping policy outlines timelines for order processing, order delivery and Delivery fee.

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver to all locations within the UAE, including major cities such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ajman. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Delivery Process

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking information. Orders placed before 3 PM are eligible for same-day delivery, orders placed after 3 PM will be delivered next day. Delivery is FREE for all orders.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Availability: Cash on Delivery is available for all orders across the UAE.

  • Payment: Customers can pay in cash directly to the courier at the time of delivery.

  • Note: Please ensure you have the exact amount ready as couriers may not always carry change.

4. Shipping Fees

  • FREE Delivery on all orders.

  • No additional fees for Cash on Delivery payments.

5. Delays and Issues

While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, certain factors such as public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or external courier delays may affect your delivery. In case of any delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, no one being present to receive the package, or other factors within the recipient’s control, our courier may attempt to redeliver. If multiple delivery attempts fail, the order may be returned to us, and additional delivery fees may apply for reshipment.
